Mr. Moncure co-founded Dominion Partners, L.C. in 1996. He was formerly with BB&T Capital
Markets in Richmond from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Moncure has been active in working with middle market companies
on capital raising and mergers and acquisition advisory assignments throughout his career. He spent ten years with
Bank of America Securities (and predecessor organizations). As Senior Vice President and Director in the Corporate
Finance Group, Mr. Moncure worked with corporate clients on private capital raising transactions, asset securitization,
cross border financings and merger and acquisition advisory engagements. Originally based in Charlotte, Mr. Moncure
moved to Dallas following Bank of America's acquisition of First Republic Bank to establish an investment banking operation.
Mr. Moncure is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College and earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University. Mr. Moncure is Past
President of the Rotary Club of Innsbrook, a member of the Board of Associates and Chairman of the Presidents Society of
Randolph-Macon College, and is active with his church, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and the YMCA.
Mr. Naschold, also a co-founder of Dominion Partners, has approximately 30 years of investment
banking experience focused principally on middle-market companies in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast. His activities
have included mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private debt, mezzanine, and equity financings, as well as
public offerings of a variety of securities. Mr. Naschold worked with predecessor organizations of BB&T Capital Markets
and Wachovia Securities for twenty years before co-founding Dominion. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from
the University of Richmond and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University. Mr. Naschold sits on the
University of Richmond Alumni Association Board of Directors and the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls Board of
Associates.
Mr. Meredith joined Dominion Partners in 2007 after studying at the University of
Richmond.
A cum laude graduate of the Robins School of Business, he concentrated in finance.
