R.S. Harritan & Co. Inc., a Richmond-based industrial mechanical contracting company, has been acquired by EMCOR Group Inc. of Norwalk, Conn., the world's largest electrical and mechanical construction and facilities service provider. Dominion Partners, a Richmond investment banking company, provided advisory services and represented R.S. Harritan in the transaction.
