Miller Oil Co. Inc., a Norfolk-based convenience-store chain, has bought Breez-In Associates for an undisclosed price. Breez-In operated 11 stores in the Richmond area and three in Virginia Beach. Privately held Miller Oil operates more than 50 Miller Mart stores in Virginia and North Carolina. It is keeping the Breez-In name on the purchased stores, at least for now, said Charles Moncure, a principal with Dominion Partners L.C., a Richmond investment banking firm that advised Breez-In on the transaction.
